How do I restore purchases?
Open the Hive Shop in the App and tap Restore Purchases. Non-consumable entitlements and active subscriptions are restored through Apple. Consumable nectar and gems already used in gameplay are not restored.
How does iCloud sync work?
When you are signed into iCloud on your device, BeeBridge™ can save a progress snapshot to Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. Open the App on another device signed into the same Apple ID to continue your journey. If iCloud is unavailable, progress is stored locally on that device only.
Game Center scores are not showing
Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then reopen BeeBridge™. Leaderboards include daily comb score, weekly combs, flight streak, and perfect weaves. An internet connection is required to submit and view scores.
Why is there a parent gate?
BeeBridge™ is family-friendly. Kids mode is on by default, and a grown-up must complete a short math challenge before opening the shop or completing any in-app purchase. Parents can also manage purchases through Screen Time and Apple ID purchase settings.
How do daily reminders work?
After you choose a difficulty, the App may ask permission to send a local reminder around 4:30 PM in your time zone. Reminders are optional and can be turned off in iOS Settings → Notifications → BeeBridge™.
How do I manage my Queen Pass subscription?
Queen Pass is billed through Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit Apple Subscriptions.
Web game vs. iOS app
The web game at pokergamesinteractive.com/games/beebridge shares the BeeBridge™ concept but is a separate experience. Web progress is saved in your browser only; the iOS App uses local storage and optional iCloud instead.
