BeeBridge™ Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BeeBridge™ mobile application for iOS (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are between you and Poker Games Interactive LLC ("PGI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada company. Use of the companion web game at pokergamesinteractive.com/games/beebridge is also subject to these Terms where applicable.

1. Description of Service

BeeBridge™ is a colorful word-journey game. Players discover words on a honeycomb board, clear daily combs along a flight path, earn streaks and achievements, and optionally compete on Game Center leaderboards. The App may include:

• Daily and journey-based word puzzles with seasonal themes and obstacles
• Local progress saving and optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices
• Game Center leaderboards and achievements
• Optional in-app purchases of virtual nectar, gems, bundles, and a Queen Pass subscription
• Optional local daily reminders
• Parent gate protection for shop access and purchases in kids mode

2. Eligibility

BeeBridge™ is designed for players of all ages, including children. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use and for approving any in-app purchases through the parent gate and device-level purchase controls.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, PGI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Circumvent the parent gate or purchase restrictions
• Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized tools to alter gameplay or leaderboards
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
• Remove proprietary notices or trademarks

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple, including consumable virtual currency (nectar and gems), bundles, and the Queen Pass monthly subscription. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes outside the App.

Queen Pass: The Queen Pass is an auto-renewing subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

All purchases require a parent gate when kids mode is active. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Use "Restore Purchases" in the App if you reinstall on a new device.

5. Game Center and Fair Play

Leaderboard and achievement features require Game Center. You agree to play fairly and not manipulate scores or achievements through unauthorized means. We may reset or disregard leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating or exploitation.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle game progress, optional iCloud sync, Game Center, purchases, and notifications.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PGI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR PRESERVATION OF PROGRESS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

BeeBridge™ is a game for entertainment only. It is not a gambling product and does not offer real-money prizes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PGI FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Apple services including the App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, iCloud, and local notifications. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App by deleting it. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
